Design the tomorrow, today!
Blueprints for tomorrow is part of the Free Game project!
Free Game is an initiative to help designers to grow their skills and achieve greater things, as the name says is a free collection of resources I'm constantly building to give away to the community and of course to the teams I manage.

When they ask you for a knife, aim for a lightsaber
Blueprints for Tomorrow is a masterclass about how designers can build product visions, develop their creative resources, and build projects with future thinking. Today our market demands designers who can not only supply daily needs but also explore how good the product can be in the future, aligning this with measurement metrics and showcasing skills can help designers to achieve success

The Power of Future Thinking
Future Thinking is a strategic approach that involves envisioning and planning for multiple possible futures to guide current decisions and actions. This approach helps organizations anticipate changes, identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies that are resilient and adaptive to future uncertainties.
A workshop that I do a lot in order to have everyone participate in building a product vision is the futuring cards.
The primary objective of the futuring cards workshop is to collect ideas and insights from stakeholders to think about the future of a specific topic, industry, or organization. This workshop aims to identify opportunities, challenges, and strategies to navigate potential future scenarios.
Democratizing design processes means involving all stakeholders (including customers, users, and internal teams) in the design process. Including all voices ensures a product that is better aligned with the needs of users and the business, and increases everyone's engagement. As a designer, it is your responsibility to ensure this connection throughout the process.
